Do I need to provide water and electric?

We carry our own on board water tank, so no need for an outside tap! However, we do require somewhere safe to plug our extension lead in for a power supply. We no longer carry a generator as nobody wants a noisy generator outside their house running for hours on end!

How far in advance do I need to book?

We recommend getting in touch with us 3-4 weeks in advance if you are looking to book any of our packages, and giving us around 2-3 weeks notice if you wanted to book a maintenance clean. However, if you do need our services quicker, give us a call and we will try our best to get you in sooner.

What areas do you cover?

We are based near Coventry/Nuneaton, and we cover the most of the Midlands. We do travel nationwide, with a travel charge implemented over 30 miles from Coventry. Enquire with us to find out more about our travel charges.

What happens if my car is very dirty?

For heavily soiled vehicles we do have implement an additional charge to any of our packages, including maintenance. This charge is in place to cover the extra time, products and expertise required to get your car to our high standards. We are able to give an estimate if you send photos of your vehicle to us, and can give a more accurate quote if we can see the vehicle before you book in with us.
